Let it be known to Tumblr that May 5 is my birthday, and Hank’s birthday, and the day that Paper Towns begins (sort of), and that I am therefore basically part of the Green family.
The best way to use Twitter? I don’t wanna brag, but I do have 1.5 million Twitter followers so this is kind of my area of expertise. And in my professional opinion the best way to use Twitter is to tell people what’s on your Tumblr. I don’t know if there’s another use for Twitter, really, than to be like, Look! Look what I Tumbled about today!

I expected to learn a lot of things at last night’s Evening of Awesome, but that was not one of them.
I’m just so full of gratitude and joy and all the good stuff right now. Scrolling through the nerdfighters and evening of awesome tags this morning, I just keep crying. I don’t even know why.
It’s really hard to effectively express how grateful I am for nerdfighteria and all the stuff we’ve done and made together. Every time I try to talk about it, I always feel like I come up short, or like it sounds insincere. But last night it seemed like we all felt it—and to be in that big room surrounded by people I love was just the most wonderful and fortunate thing.

Also I’m so glad that someone giffed this because at the time I was like “Dang John is getting SO into this song” but I wasn’t sure people were noticing because at the time there were like 20 people on stage.
