Regarding internships for writers, I think I may know how to, if that was the question. I think the best and maybe only internships for writers would probably be at a literary agency or publishing house agency. You know, intern for a literary agent or an editor for books that will come out. Not only will you get the best experience, but learn what to do when writing and what not to do. I know lit agents like Janet Reid have interns that learn a bunch about writing from their experience and blog about it. :) Sorry if you all already knew this, but I hope it helps anyway. :)
