YEAH WRITE!

Linked above is a radio interview with Julie Hodson, my college grad coach (though I refer to her as Fairy Job Mother). She’s helped me with all kinds of things, from rewriting my resume to thinking about what I want to do for a living to negotiating salary. In the radio show she talks a lot about what current college students and recent grads can do to ensure they land a job they want after they graduate, which I think is really useful for those of you who’re in college, studying English, and want to go into publishing or a writing-based industry. And if you live in the tri-state area, you should definitely think about contacting her! I can’t tell you how reassuring it is to know that I can call her whenever I have a job question (even though I already have a job).
