Housekeeping question!

I used to post a lot more photos like the one below—just aesthetically pleasing pictures with books in them. Lately, though, I’ve been trying to post more informational and substantial things—articles I write, links to stories and articles by other authors, quotes by authors that are specifically about writing, and so on—things that have a more direct connection to writing, and the improvement of writing. But sometimes I wonder if people started to follow YW in the first place because of the nice pictures—that’s the reason we follow a lot of blogs on Tumblr, right?

So, do you miss the nice pictures, or do you prefer posts that have more substance?
